1. General QuestionsCan certain patterns be personalized/Will you make a custom pattern for me? Sorry, we do not offer custom pattern designs or personalize patterns. (But you can always suggest a design you'd like to see in the future). Can I buy certain items wholesale? Yes. All patterns can be purchased at wholesale prices. Wholesale information is located in section three. Why is sales tax added to the shipping and processing on my order? The individual states tell us that we must tax shipping and processing charges. This is not a company policy but a state requirement. Out of Stock Items, what happens? If 4 or more items you have ordered are out of stock, they will be automatically backordered, and then shipped at no additional shipping charges when available. We will e-mail you if there are certain items out of stock. How are online orders processed? Online orders are processed using Paypal.

How and when will my order ship?
Orders are shipped in order they are received. Give 2-3 weeks for an order to arrive. All orders are shipped using the US Postal Service. You will receive an email on the day your order is shipped which will include a copy of the invoice.
Can I order by mail?
Yes. All items can be bought through a mail order form. Mail order forms are available on the front page or certain other pages. Checks and mail order forms can be mailed to: Beth Ritter 10700 Toldeo Curve Bloomington, MN 55437 Note: Orders payed with a check will not be ship until check clears. Could you please rush my order? I need it for a project / gift. Orders ship first come, first serve. Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received. We do our very best to get shipments out as quickly as possible, but cannot rush or overnight orders at this time.
Can I just email what I want and have you charge my card? No. Orders are NOT accepted via email. Do NOT submit your credit card information via email. Wellington House Designs is not responsible for sensitive information submitted via email and viewed by third parties. Please make additional purchases using the online shopping cart.
Do you ship orders overseas? We regret that we do not offer international shipping at this time. What if I never got my order? Please read the following carefully. If you do not provide this information when inquiring about an order, we will have to ask it anyway. If you feel your order has been lost or not processed, we will need the following information:
Your Order Confirmation (if you did not receive one, check your spam/bulk folder or, your order may not have gone through) OR Order Number - Payment method: Credit Card or PayPal? - Email address (as submitted with your order) - Your name or name on the credit card used PLEASE CONFIRM that you provided the correct shipping address. This will be the first question we ask you. Wellington House Designs will reship orders returned to you via USPS once, at no additional cost, after confirmation of a correct shipping address.
Wholesale Information Who can purchase wholesale?Only qualified retail operations may request a wholesale account. This may be either a ‘brick & mortar’ store, an internet based store or both; but the wholesale account must be purchasing the products with the intent to re-sell in a market place. What proof do you require that I’m a store? We reserve the right, before your first order is filled, to request qualifying credentials. This is to insure that only true retail shops are purchasing these products at wholesale prices and that terms should be extended on future orders. These credentials may include one or more of the following: - Copy of letterhead
- newsletter or brochure from your shop
- a copy of an invoice from another supplier
- list of credit or bank references
- personal phone call.
